The terms used in our languages have different meanings depending on the specialty of the text. In a translation document, errors can occur when trying to write about a specialized text without knowing the subject, regardless of the knowledge of a language. It would be daring to write a medical diagnosis of a patient, for example, without knowledge of the specialty, even if the person is a native of the language in question.
That is why, having a degree in Electronic Engineering and a Master in Process Engineering, with extensive experience in projects design and construction and systems maintenance, as well as in subsequent administrative, supervisory, and consulting functions, I offer services of translation in these areas.
I use translation tools CAT: Trados, Wordfast, DéjàVu. Computer software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Mind Manager, Visio, AutoCAD.
Documents are delivered in a similar format to the original, in order to achieve an equivalent product.
Los términos utilizados en nuestros idiomas tienen significados distintos dependiendo de la especialidad del texto. En una traducción pueden ocurrir errores al intentar escribir sobre un texto especializado sin conocer del tema, independientemente del conocimiento que se tenga de un idioma. Sería atrevido redactar un diagnóstico médico de un paciente, por ejemplo, sin conocimientos de la especialidad, aún siendo nativo del idioma en cuestión.
Es por ello que, como Ingeniero Electrónico, Máster en Ingeniería Industrial, con amplia experiencia en proyectos, tanto en diseño y construcción como en mantenimiento de sistemas, al igual que en posteriores funciones administrativas, supervisorias y de consultoría, ofrezco servicios de traducción en estas áreas.

Utilizo herramientas de traducción CAT: Trados, Wordfast, DéjàVu y de computación: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Mind Manager, Visio, AutoCAD.
Los documentos entregables se presentan en formato similar al original, a fin de lograr un producto equivalente.
